  • Dutch Pot


  • 455 gr Mince Beef
  • 300 gr Tinned Tomatoes
  • 300 gr Red Kidney Beans Tinned
  • 2 tbs Oregano
  • 1 tbs Chipotle Chilli Powder
  • 1 tbs Habenero Chilli Powder
  • 4 tbs Ground Cumin
  • 2 each Onions
  • 1 tbs salt
  • 1 tbs Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 tbs Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbs Sugar
  • 500 ml Water
  • ΒΌ cup vegetable oil


  • Heat up Dutch Pot or large saucepan to a medium heat add oil, dice onions, and fry till browned, add salt, sugar, pepper and beef and cook till browned, now add tomato, beans including liquid, water, garlic, cumin and oregano. Let the Chilli cook on a low heat for about an hour.
    Serve with some rice or on a large jacket potato.
