Rub this into your meat before you cook, best left to marinate for at least 2 hours, Then smother with the wet sauce and BBQ or Grill

This rub is a tasty addition to make a superb Jerk dinner after marinate smother with the wet sauce and cook.
Jerk Dry Rub

A tasty dry rub to marinade your Jerk
- 2 tbsp Onion Powder
- 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Ground Ginger
- 1 tbsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Ground Allspice
- 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 2 tbsp Ground Cayenne Pepper
Put all ingredients into a plastic storage container and shake up well to mix.
Store in an airtight container best used straight away.
