Everyone has their favourite Chilli recipe myself included I am adding this recipe because I think its the ultimate Chilli to make. I used this recipe for Chilli, Chilli Dogs, Big Boy Burritos, Mac n Cheese with Chilli and Sloppy joes in my Cafe, all were great sellers and were much loved by my customers. You can use Ground Pork or Diced Beef or Pork your choice, I use ground meat because it is more versatile. if you top your Chilli with some nice strong Cheese it will add an extra dimension to its taste.
