Caribbean Style Mac n Cheese

- saucepan
- cheese grater

Ingredients
- 200 gr dried pasta tubes
- 500 gr chedder cheese grated
- 2 tbsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Dried Chili Flakes
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 large` Onion
- 3 each Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 large Tin Evaporated Milk
Instructions
- Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil, pour in the Pasta and stir well, remove lid and simmer for 10 mins or till soft, drain and put to one side. Make a sauce up using the cornstarch and a cup of water and the large tin of Evapourated Milk bring to the boil, stir until thickened, take off heat and stir in 3/4 of the Cheese, Chilli Flakes, raw diced Onions and Mustard, mix well. Now add the Pasta and mix well. Pour into a large Glass dish cover in sliced Tomato sprinkle over the rest of cheese and sprinkle on the Paprika.
Notes
To make this the best Mac n Cheese ever dice up some streaky bacon fry and add as a topping
