Burger Spice Mix

A vibrant tasty spice mix to give your Burgers a lift. I used this mix in my Burgers at TKsnax. It gave the burgers a fantastic flavor and had my customers coming back for more.

Homemade Burgers

Take 1 lb of ground beef break apart and pop into a mixing bowl add the spice mix and mix into the meat thoroughly.

Form into 4 balls and rub with vegetable oil. heat your frying pan to medium heat and put in the balls flatten to about a qtr of an inch and fry for 3 minutes flip and fry for 3 minutes more. Toast your buns and add fixings as you like. Onions, Tomatoes, pickles, etc.

  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Chipotle Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Sazon Tropical Seasoning


  • Add all ingredients to a plastic storage container and shake well to mix


This spice mix gives your Burgers a lift
