Dukunu are tasty snack from Belize in Central America basically they are Mash Up Sweet Corn mixed with Coconut Milk and Butter  served plain or filled with a spicy filling of Pork, Chicken or Beans. one of the first things I look for when visiting Belize. Sold wrapped in a corn husk they are a nice snack
