Eggs nutritious and tasty here are some easy tricks.
My Scrambled Eggs quick and easy:-
- 3 Eggs
- splash of milk, or for creamier eggs evaporated milk
- a good knob of butter
- salt and pepper
add all ingredients to a glass mixing bowl give it a good whisk up, microwave for 2 mins take out and whisk with a fork, then pile onto hot buttered toast. Sunday Morning Treat.
take a teacup fill half way with water, crack an egg into cup then microwave for 1 minute job done.
These timing are based on a 800 watt oven you may have to adjust them for your oven.
