So you have made a cake but how to finish it, how about some nice Icing. Here is an easy Buttercream Icing for you to use.
- Unsalted Butter 120g soft
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Icing Sugar 250g
- Evaporated Milk 2 tablespoons
In a large mixing bowl beat the Butter with a hand blender or a wooden spoon until nice and fluffy, then slowly add sugar and Vanilla Extract while beating until well mixed, add the Milk and beat for another 4 mins till nice and smooth.
You can use this for piping or spread with a spatula for topping or filling cakes. if you want to add food colouring you can along with the milk.
